Orders will be processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the courier
service. Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive the
tracking details.

Upon receiving the package, customers are required to inspect it carefully.
Before opening the product, customers must record a clear video showing the
condition of the package and the product inside.

This video documentation is required in case a refund request or complaint
needs to be filed.

We want to make sure every customer receives their order in good condition. Refunds may be requested only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is defective
• The order contains missing items
• The wrong product was shipped

To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a complete video recording showing the package and the product before it is opened. This video must clearly show that the package was unopened and properly sealed prior to opening.

Refund requests submitted without video proof will not be accepted.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the same payment method used during the purchase.
